Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for care.
• Maximize pet visits through an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide courteous, informative service and schedule future appointments.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet histories, and records in the system.
• Explain opti mum wellness plans and hospital services to clients.
• Handle invoicing, prescriptions, and retail sales per veterinarian instructions.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and accurate finances.
• Conduct administrative tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
