Job summary

Mars, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator at a veterinary hospital in College Station, Texas. You will drive client and pet flow, support the medical team, and ensure friendly, efficient service to encourage return visits.

You will recruit clients, educate them about wellness plans, manage client records, process invoices, and assist with appointments. Must have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route traffic to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through a productive and efficiently run hospital to support Wellness Plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times, encouraging visits and educating clients about their pet's health.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation, entering pet info and history, and scheduling appointments.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, dispensing prescription items and selling retail products.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and following opening and closing procedures.
