Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and professional writing skills.
• One year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital and promote services.
• Promote hospital services to recruit new clients and maximize productivity.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Record client and pet information accurately in the computer system and manage invoices.
