Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an operations leader to manage technician recruiting, training, coaching, and accountability. You will drive staffing levels, performance evaluations, and customer satisfaction to protect people and enhance lives.

You will also ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient scheduling while maintaining inventory and supporting peak-season staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and practical solution finding.
• Ability to lead and motivate others effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Basic to intermediate math for sales/service calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality to maximize retention.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor scheduling to ensure efficient appointment completion and staffing levels.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; monitor inventory of products.
