Job summary

RNA Rentokil North America seeks an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing Commercial customers. You will cover hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors, building a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and relationship-building.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program, learn Rentokil’s pest control solutions, and develop proposals and presentations to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience with prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, protocols, pricing policies, and services.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
