Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to grow our Commercial Pest Management services and products. You will target hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail sectors, building a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and referrals.

Join a results-driven team, participate in a comprehensive training program, and develop territory strategies while learning to present and close tailored pest control solutions for diverse commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial clients based on assessment findings.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn full detail of Rentokil’s programs, pricing, and services; stay updated.
• Build partnerships with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure excellent service; use CRM daily.
