Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to join our retail team. Discover each customer’s sleep needs, explain product benefits and promotions, and deliver personalized experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.

You’ll nurture prospects through outbound calls, maintain a polished showroom, participate in training, and contribute to an exceptional store experience while meeting flexible, evenings/weekends shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.

• Take part in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.
