You’ll proactively reach out to potential customers, nurture relationships, and contribute to a polished showroom experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and achieving sales goals in a flexible retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships for repeat/new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
