Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM, POS, and sales tools (e.g., iPads)

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills
