Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is hiring a Personal Training Manager to drive acquisition of new clients and retention of members through paid training services. The role leads trainer delivery, ensures high-quality programs backed by science, and upholds company standards across the client journey.

The ideal candidate has strong sales and leadership skills, experience with club programs like VFP and dotFit, and can manage schedules and performance metrics while maintaining a positive member

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal training techniques and program design.
• Proven ability to drive new client acquisition and retain members.
• Strong sales, communication, and rapport-building skills.
• Experience leading and developing a team of trainers.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: selling directly and coaching trainers on selling.
• Minimize attrition by guiding the client journey in the first 90 days.
• Staff Development: hire, train, and manage trainers; provide performance direction.
• Manage & Communicate KPI's: maintain performance reports and share improvements with leadership.
