The candidate should have a solid background in personal training, leadership experience, and a passion for client-focused program design. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal training techniques and program design.
• Strong sales, communication, and rapport-building skills.
• Familiarity with Crunch programs like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku.

Responsabilités

• Sell directly to clients to drive daily revenue and engagement.
• Coach and mentor personal trainer staff on selling and service delivery.
• Manage schedules and allocate resources based on KPI data.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, attire, punctuality, and cleanliness.
