Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC in Indiana seeks a Personal Training Manager to maximize paid personal training participation and retention. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours weekly and leadership to drive acquisition, retention, and program quality.

You will coach the front-end selling process, oversee PT service delivery, and own the client journey, ensuring punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness across staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge and command of Crunch programs, like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, etc.
• Experience in coaching/motivating groups.
• Possesses a strong member service focus and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day; coach staff on selling.
• Manage schedules and direct resources based on KPIs.
• Own the client journey and ensure high-quality programming.
• Maintain KPI reports and communicate insights to the GM.
