Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize engagement with our paid Personal Training Services and retain members through strong new client acquisition and retention.

This salaried role requires leading the front-end selling process, delivering PT services, and owning the client journey, with a focus on KPI-driven performance and high standards for punctuality, dress code, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge and command of Crunch programs, like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, etc.
• Ability to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Experience in coaching/motivating groups.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong member service focus.
• Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day.
• Coach, role play, and guide the individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by KPI’s.
• Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days.
• Ensure Personal Trainers deliver high quality programs backed by a scientific rationale.
• Administer Personal Training Services including usage of the dotFit program and supplements, goal tracking, measurement tracking, and progress reports.
• Hire, train, and manage the performance of a team of Personal Trainers.
• Communicate KPI takeaways and plans for improvement to the General Manager.
