Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least five years of experience in personal lines underwriting and marketing in a multi-line agency or brokerage.
• Familiarity with agency operations and the agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, organizing, staffing and operating activities of the personal lines service team.
• Maintain service and quality standards across the team.
• Improve ongoing service delivery methods and agency efficiency.
• Provide ongoing service and advice to personal lines clients.
• Direct supervision of the Personal Lines Service Team and training of staff.
• Participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Develop strategies that support the personal lines business plan objectives.
• Monitor and support the automation system and operational processes.
• Stay informed on insurance trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
