Job summary

SIA Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Service Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Personal Lines service team in Raleigh, NC, with locations in Raleigh, Jacksonville, or Wilmington, NC.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing a strong team while ensuring clients, accounts, and workflows are managed accurately and efficiently. You will oversee a team of about 15 employees, working with producers, Accounting, Operations, carriers, and agency

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of experience in a P&C independent insurance agency (account management, renewals, remarketing, coverage review, and client service).
• 2+ years of experience leading, supervising, training, or mentoring employees in insurance.
• Personal Lines experience preferred.
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages, carrier underwriting requirements, eligibility, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Personal Lines service team with day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support.
• Set clear expectations for client service, productivity, and accountability; balance workloads and training needs.
• Coordinate schedules, PTO/Flex time, and daily coverage to maintain staffing and service levels.
• Support renewals, remarketing, new business activity, and client retention efforts; partner with producers and leadership.
