Job summary

Relation Insurance Services in Columbia, SC seeks a seasoned Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the Small Business Unit, mentor the team, and collaborate with Commercial Lines leadership. You will coach Account Managers and Client Service staff, handle escalated client issues, drive process improvements, and promote adoption of innovative technology, including AI.

Required: 8+ years in personal lines account management, P&C license, EPIC/AMS360 experience, and strong communication skills;

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of account management in personal lines.
• Licensing in P&C preferred (Property & Casualty).
• Proven leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the department and mentors the team.
• Leads team meetings and 1:1s for development.
• Addresses escalated client issues and coaching.
• Partner with leadership to meet service standards and timelines.
• Supports cross-selling while maintaining client retention.
