Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor Team Leads, Account Managers, and Client Service staff. You will address escalated issues, provide coaching, and drive performance improvements while coordinating hiring and training efforts.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, leadership experience, and strong proficiency with EPIC, AMS360, and MS Office. Travel to client sites is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold Property & Casualty license and pursue advanced designations.
• 8+ years of account management experience in commercial lines required.
• Experience with EPIC, AMS360, and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Commercial Lines Service department and act as liaison to Leadership.
• Lead team meetings, 1:1s, and development plans.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Participate in hiring and internal resource coordination.
• Train staff on duties, standards, and policies; drive process improvements.
• Adopt AI/tools to enhance client service delivery.
