Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve the day-to-day needs of insureds and manage all aspects of client renewal.
• Field phone calls, emails, and other coverage questions; process changes, payments, cancellations.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are included in proposal and binders.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing; prepare renewal presentations.
