Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to handle a book of insurance business with a high degree of independence and client-focused service. You will support Producers and other HUB colleagues, maintain documentation, and drive retention and growth through effective client interactions and timely processing of renewals and changes.

Required knowledge includes excellent English communication, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Able to work in a team environment and travel on business when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and discretion.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and colleagues.
• Support Producers and Account Managers; assist with renewal activities and new business development.
• Document conversations and update HUB systems accurately; ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with clients and carriers to resolve escalated service issues; may negotiate with underwriters.
