Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines Insurance team. You will service day-to-day insureds, manage renewals, and coordinate with underwriters to secure favorable coverage and pricing.

The role requires an Alaska license, strong customer service experience, and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office. Growth-oriented, collaborative environment with broad career development.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker.
• Alaska Resident License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling client renewals and underwriting coordination.

Responsibilities

• Fielding coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage client renewal process, including information updates, terms, pricing, quotes, and invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with underwriters to negotiate coverage and achieve positive results.
• Prepare and maintain client policy summaries and binders.
