Job summary

HUB International in Spokane is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of insurance business and provide professional, courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and HUB colleagues.

You will handle renewal processes, negotiate terms, review quotes, and maintain client files, collaborating with a Producer and assistants to ensure client advocacy and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; P&C license preferred.
• Two+ years insurance brokerage or property casualty experience in account management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service day-to-day client needs via phone, email, and other communications.
• Manage renewal processes including information gathering, marketing, terms and pricing negotiations, and invoicing.
• Review quotes to ensure insurance requirements are included.
• Maintain client relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Assistant Account Managers and underwriters to ensure progress and positive results.
