Job summary

HUB International in Alaska is seeking an Account Manager to service personal lines insurance clients, manage renewal processes, and coordinate coverage with underwriters. The role requires an Alaska Resident License and the ability to handle inquiries, pricing, and policy changes with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of broker experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with EPIC. You’ll work in a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client service and practical

Qualifications

• Alaska Resident License required.
• 3+ years of insurance account management experience with a broker.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus; strong MS Office skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Fielding phone calls, email, and other communication relative to coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations, etc.
• Manage the execution of all aspects of client renewal process including obtaining updated information, marketing, terms and pricing negotiation, quote review, presentation of renewal numbers to the client where applicable and invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included in quote proposal.
• Manage client relationship ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with underwriters to ensure positive results for clients, and negotiate coverage.
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of proposals, binding of coverage, review of policies for accuracy and creation of client policy summaries and binders.
• Training and collaboration with team members to share and educate on coverage, exposures and client knowledge.
