Job summary

HUB International in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to support a diverse book of insurance clients. You will deliver professional service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and teammates while handling renewals and new business as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal systems like EPIC. A P&C license and prior brokerage experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; P&C Insurance Producer License required.
• Two or more years of insurance brokerage or property casualty experience in an account management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service day-to-day client needs via phone, email and other communications related to coverage, changes, payments or cancellations.
• Manage the renewal process: obtain updates, market, negotiate terms and pricing, review quotes and invoicing.
• Maintain client relationships, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure positive results for clients.
• Set up and maintain electronic client records; train and delegate work to associates as needed.
