Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager for its Personal Lines Insurance team. You will service insureds, manage the renewal process, and collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable terms.

The role requires 2–5 years of account management experience with a broker, strong communications skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Alaska licensing is a plus, with a responsive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of insurance account management experience.
• Alaska Resident License is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard broker tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve day-to-day needs of insureds and manage client renewal execution.
• Field coverage questions, policy changes, payments, cancellations and other communications.
• Coordinate renewal process: obtain updates, marketing, terms, pricing, quotes and invoicing.
• Review quotes for insurance requirements and ensure accuracy in proposals.
• Maintain client relationships and delegate tasks to Assistant Account Managers as needed.
• Liaise with underwriters to negotiate coverage and ensure positive client outcomes.
