Responsibilities

• Service day to day client needs including fielding phone calls, email, and other coverage questions.
• Manage renewal process: obtain updated information, marketing, terms and pricing, quote review, renewal numbers presentation, invoicing.
• Review quote documents to ensure all insurance requirements are included.
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers I & II and underwriters as needed.
• Ensure accurate proposals, binding of coverage, and client policy summaries.
