HUB International in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Associate Account Manager I to support account teams in servicing assigned clients and ensuring accuracy of certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals.

You will draft proposals using Word/Excel templates, process certificates, maintain data in the account management system, and deliver high-quality customer service. A high school diploma and a P&C license within 90 days are required; proficiency with EPIC is a plus.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• P&C Insurance Producer License must be obtained within 90 days of start.
• Experience processing certificates of insurance and endorsements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft proposals and summaries using Word/Excel templates.
• Process certificates of insurance for new and existing clients daily.
• Coordinate renewals with Account Managers and Executives.
• Input/maintain data in account management systems and logs.
• Provide quality customer service to clients and team members.
