Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations; NMLS registration.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or on the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to simplify banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
