Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses or enroll in JPM’s licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and services, tailor recommendations to client needs.
