Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to comply with risk, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
