You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, explain products, and work within risk and regulatory guidelines; weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training/exams.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses required; licensing within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions and self-service tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
