Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand at a branch location in Des Moines.

You will acquire, manage and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging technology to enhance the client experience. The role requires strong communication, sales experience in banking, and compliance with regulatory requirements; licensing through JPMorgan Chase’s program is expected within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Adhere to risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE and FINRA Series 6 licenses and state registrations required; licenses to be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
