Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Meet training and regulatory obligations including required licenses.
• High school diploma or equivalent and licensing requirements upon hire.

• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
