Job summary

Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to meet complex needs, make outbound calls to acquire new customers, and schedule financial checkups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell products.
• Experience using digital banking channels and technology.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• SAFE Act compliance and NMLS pre-employment checks.
• Video interview assessment after applying.
• Preferred: 1 year cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial guidance.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions across saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Promote digital channels and mobile banking for transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking when needed.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all policies, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
