Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem solving and solution delivery to customer issues.
• Ability to work with teammates and partners across the bank.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Branch hours may include weekends/evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Assist with deposits, loans, and card services.
• Promote digital banking and guide customers to app/mobile channels.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
