Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products/services.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Compliance with SAFE Act and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide trusted financial advice.
• Assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and guide customers to self-serve through apps/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
