Citizens Bankers in Ohio is seeking an energetic team member to serve as a front-line banking consultant. You’ll engage customers, understand their financial goals, and recommend tailored solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.

This role emphasizes building lasting relationships, guiding clients through digital banking tools, and collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking colleagues. Weekend and evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build relationships.
• Proven track record of cross-selling products and services.
• Strong digital technology usage to support business goals.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Comply with SAFE Act and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking tools and assist with transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Proactively schedule financial checkups and outbound calls.
• Maintain compliance with all banking policies and local laws.
