Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer‑focused professional to serve as a branch associate. You will provide financial guidance, help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, and introduce digital banking tools.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, make outbound calls, and schedule financial checkup appointments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS.
• Complete a video interview assessment after applying within 7 days; prepare accordingly.
