Job summary

Citizens Bankers in Ohio is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused advisor to help clients with financial solutions. You will build relationships, assess needs, and recommend products while guiding customers through digital and in-branch services.

You will learn about goals like buying a home or saving for the future, make outbound calls, and collaborate with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams. The role requires strong communication and cash handling, with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs and improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships via in-person and phone interactions.
• Skilled with digital tools to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.
• Video interview assessment to be completed within 7 days of applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers plan for goals like home purchases and future savings.
• Introduce digital and mobile-first banking and collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
