Responsibilities

• Oversee perishable departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various guides and order systems.
• Train associates in presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe food handling.
• Assist in scheduling coverage and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
