Responsabilidades

• Maintain perishable stock levels and inventory using department tools and guides.
• Assist in training associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Assist in training associates in proper and safe handling of food per regulations.
• Support store leadership with scheduling coverage and daily operations.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure sanitation standards and train staff on Perishable department Cleaning Schedule.
