Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations and percentages.

• Willingness to obtain required food handling certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using available tools.
• Assist in training associates in presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Ensure proper and safe handling of perishable foods in compliance with regulations.
• Help with scheduling coverage and store staffing needs.
• Record inventory and perishable markdowns and analyze causes.
