Job summary

Wayfair in Boston seeks a Performance Strategy Manager to own end-to-end performance processes for global employees. You will design, test, and continuously improve annual reviews, mid-year check-ins, and promotions, while partnering with HR Systems/Tech and Talent leaders.

You’ll lead GenAI-enabled tooling and training to drive adoption across the workforce. The role is hybrid in-office (Boston) with in-office Mon-Thu and work-from-home on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant talent experience.
• Experience in HR processes & systems, consulting, operations, or at fast-paced technology companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, testing, execution, and improvement of global performance cycles.
• Define project plans and manage execution through cycle prep, build, testing, and launch.
• Lead initiatives on using GenAI to write more effective reviews and shape the performance framework.
