Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance management or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the performance management experience.
• Spearhead multiple high-priority projects with on-time delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and presentations to drive adoption and excellence.
• Create executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables for leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and drive improvements.
