Job summary

Gen is seeking an HR Business Partner to translate business and AI strategy into practical people initiatives. You will own the end-to-end talent agenda, partnering with senior leaders to align workforce planning, acquisition, performance, engagement, culture, and retention with measurable business impact.

You will lead cross-functional HR squads, drive integrated talent strategies, and nurture an innovative, accountable, inclusive culture while delivering business outcomes through people.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressively responsible HR experience in tech.
• Ability to translate AI strategy into people implications.
• Strong coaching, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Experience shaping workforce planning and org design.
• Experience with people analytics and HR tech.
• Comfort working in agile, squad-based organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and AI strategy into workforce plans.
• Define talent, succession, and development strategies for critical roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategies for critical roles.
• Embed DEI into talent decisions and culture.
• Sponsor performance cycles and calibrations.
• Coach leaders on org effectiveness and change.
• Use HR analytics to drive exec-ready recommendations.
• Ensure execution of core HR cycles and compliance.
