Job summary

Wayfair is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to support the Corporate Supply Chain and Stores groups from our Boston headquarters. The role combines onboarding, performance management, coaching, and employee relations in a high-collaboration environment.

You will partner with managers, provide data-driven insights, guide policy implementation, and help optimize talent programs. This is a hybrid position with in-office and occasional WFH, reflecting Wayfair’s commitment to people-centric

Qualifications

3+ years experience in a dedicated HR Generalist role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, preferred.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

Support the employee lifecycle for the Corporate Supply Chain and Stores work groups (approx. 350 Headcount) in Boston, including onboarding, performance development, and offboarding.
Execute projects and cyclical programs, monitor compliance, and provide tools, data, and consultancy to enable success.
Provide consultancy to managers on performance management and coaching, ensuring fairness and compliance.
Manage and resolve basic employee relations matters, including policy clarifications, complaints, and investigations.
Audit and maintain accuracy of Employee Records across HRIS systems; run reports and analyze trends.
