Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for a designated network zone in the United States. You will drive improvements in CSI, reduce claims expense, and partner with providers to meet performance metrics while fostering client relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years in supplier/asset management or procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Flexibility and travel up to 20% are expected.
• Service-oriented mindset and internal customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a master strategy for assigned zone roles to improve CSI and reduce claims expense.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underperforming markets and drive improvements.
• Coach service providers to improve overall performance within the zone.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents, and service providers.
• Coordinate targeted proactive analyses to manage network performance.
