Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead service delivery strategies for an assigned network zone, driving CSI improvements and cost reductions. You will coach providers, cultivate relationships with key clients, OEM dealers, and insurers, and coordinate proactive analytics to boost performance metrics.

Expect up to 20% travel as you work across North American networks, ensuring high-quality service delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve service delivery metrics and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Coach service providers to meet performance targets.
• Build positive relationships with clients, OEM dealers, insurance agents, and service providers.
• Coordinate targeted proactive analyses for network performance.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
