Agero is hiring a Performance Manager to oversee service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone, driving CSI improvements and cost reductions. You will lead provider performance management and strengthen client relationships across a national network.

The role requires 2–4 years in supplier/asset management or procurement, strong analytics, and up to 20% travel. On-site onboarding in Medford, MA is expected with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of related supplier or asset management and/or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel required.
• Service oriented / Internal customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for all services for an assigned network zone.
• Responsible for improving service delivery metrics, CSI, and reducing costs within the zone.
• Performs root cause analysis and executes strategies to improve performance.
• Coaches providers on performance and builds strong client/provider relationships.
• Coordinates analytics to manage network performance.
