Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee service delivery for an assigned network zone, driving improvements in CSI, satisfaction, and cost efficiency. You will work with providers, clients, and OEMs to implement best practices and performance standards.

You will coordinate analyses, build strong relationships, and contribute to a master strategy to improve network performance and reduce claims expense. Some travel to support onboarding may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supplier or asset management and/or procurement related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship building skills are required.
• Flexibility and up to 20% travel.
• Service oriented / internal customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall service delivery strategy for the assigned network zone.
• Improve service delivery metrics and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Foster partnerships with providers and educate best practices.
• Coach providers on performance and build positive client relationships.
• Coordinate targeted analyses to monitor and improve network performance.
