Job summary

Agero is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the service delivery strategy for an assigned network zone and improve CSI and reduce costs. You will analyze underperforming markets, implement action plans, and coach providers to raise performance in collaboration with clients and carriers.

The role requires 2–4 years in supplier or asset management or procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the overall service delivery strategy for all services for an assigned network zone.
• Responsible for improving service delivery metrics, customer satisfaction and reducing costs within the candidate’s area of focus.
• Performs root cause analysis to identify underperforming markets and executes on a strategy to improve performance metrics.
• Coaches service providers on overall performance within the assigned zone.
